About Us

Energy Management Technologies (EMTech) was formed in 2003 with the purpose of furnishing our customers with a high-quality, low-cost alternative to the major Automatic Temperature Control/Building Automation System (ATC/BAS) manufacturers.

EMTech is an original participant of the groundbreaking F. W. Webb/Johnson Controls Authorized System Installer (ASI) program; which affords us access to the entire Johnson Controls Metasys® product line.

Through our agreement with F. W. Webb, EMTech is able to offer different options to owners and end users, engineers, and contractors in a territory that covers western New England and eastern New York State, stretching from Orange County to the Canadian border. 

In addition to our  Building Automation System installation and service offerings, through our experinced service department and staff, EMTech is able to provide our customers with a TOTAL HVAC SOLUTION by furnishing our customers with a complete offering of HVAC equipment installation and maintenance services.
